TRAINING OVERVIEW

This 15-hour intensive training prepares professionals to meet core competency domains required for certification through the International Problem Gambling and Gaming Certification Organization's ( IPGGC ), International Gaming Disorder Certificate - IGDC. (https://ipggc.org/certifications/igdc/)

Participants will gain foundational and applied expertise in Gaming Disorder, including diagnostic frameworks, neurobiological mechanisms, convergence with gambling, persuasive technology design, assessment strategies, evidence-informed treatment models, and prevention across the lifespan.

Interactive breakout groups are embedded throughout both training days to promote applied learning, peer consultation, case conceptualization, and skill practice.
