Seagulls Flock Organization, Inc., in partnership with the Quezon City Local Government Unit and the International Problem Gambling and Gaming Certification Board, held the 2nd International Conference on Responsible Gambling and Gaming Addiction last May 19 -21, 2025 at the M.I.C.E. Center and Novotel Manila, Quezon City, Philippines.
This year's conference was a resounding success. We were able to convene world-renowned clinicians and gambling and gaming experts from different countries to discuss the growing global concern on problem gambling and gaming addiction and how to promote harm reduction initiatives.
